Open ticket and update for config file and VB5 connect install issue

Just wanted to let you know that for whatever reason VB5 Connect did not work on the following server config and that I had to downgrade to VB4. I submitted a ticket, but will just use VB4 since I would not like to spend any more time than I already have trying to troubleshoot the issue. If you can close the ticket that would be great (I can't close it myself in the portal). Thanks.

You saying vbulletin 5 doesn't work in that configuration, doesn't really tell us anything. I suspect there was a misconfiguration on your system in general. Permissions or otherwise.
