Some Problems Aftar Upgrade to VB 5.0.4

Here I have some problems after I upgrade to 5.0.4 :

1. In admin mode, the checkbox didn't appear, so I can't select a topic to delete/move

2. In AdminCP, I cant save user profiles that I have changed.... This button didn't appear

Have you cleared your browser cache?

Yes I have clear all my browser cache and system cache in admin CP also, but the problems still exist... I can't delete/move my post cause there is no checkbox....
