Image and attachment problems

I'm having an inline image and attachment problem.

It's very frustrating because the problem has been there for a very long time and I don't get what the problem is. When you try to upload an image inline (which is important to make your post nice) it gets that broken image box.

How do you fix this?

I tested it here and it works perfectly.

It works here as they are using 5.0.4 which it has obviously been fixed in. I guess its not released yet. It was a known bug though.

5.0.4 will be out soon. I'd suggest upgrading once its released and see if the problem persists.
