Hello, I wonder if anyone can help me with some problems I have with blogs.

1- When someone clicks on "blog entry" has a choice where to stay the new blog post, this is very good, but is only enabled for the owner of the blogs,
I wish that this option is for all users, whether or no owner a blog.
2- I would like disable to users "create new blogs", that they can only create "blog entries".
Exists in user groups manager the option "Can Create Blog" yes or no, but if I choose the option "no" they not only can not create "new blog" but also they can´t create "blog entry" and this is a problem for me.
3- I would like that when a user "create new blog", this blog will not be public until an administrator approves.
