My site went down last week ,the server crashed .Thank god I had a back .the problem now is that I cant upload my logo after the back up were installed ??.The logo was there before the site went down.

You would need to use FTP to reupload your logo. If you're having problems connecting with your FTP client, you need to contact your hosting provider.

After uploading your logo, make sure the stylevar 'titleimage' has the correct path and name so vBulletin can load your logo for you.

I'm using vb 5 it has a upload feature for the logo and that does not work

What is the error that it is giving to you when you try to upload the image?

You can override the system by uploading your image via FTP and then setting the titleimage stylevar to that image.
