Custom Programmer Needed

I am looking for someone to do a little custom programming for me on my site.

I need to have access to the white space to the right of the Logo.
I want to sell 2 advertising spaces there.
I would need to be able to add advertisers and fairly easily change them.

Or if someone could tell me where in the over 300 lines of code to insert ads in the header module, that would be great.
