Can not "Edit Avartar"

Dear All,

I can not "edit avatar". When I click to "Browse an image from your hard drive and upload", I can browse to the image with notice

"Drag the corner to set how you want your profile picture to appear"

but I just have 1 choice "Cancel"

How can i fix it?

How big is the Avatar picture?

If your an administrator, try editing the administrator usergroup, and removing the password expiry setting, that or re-updating your password.

I have the same version as you and a gif file 222 X 252 and have no problem. Although if I try to use an animated gif with only 2 frames, it doesn't work.

I use the same picture as my avatar in Vbulletin forum but with my forum it didn't work. I don't know why and how can I see the error log.

I have a problem, I don't know it relate or not with this error.

When I upload picture from: My profile --> Media --> Add picture.

- I have already had a ticket on support site, this is my ticketid 1198041.
- I'm very concern about support site b/c I'm living in country doesn't use English as mother language and I can not upload my error picture on support site. So that maybe your support staff doesn't understand my question, they answer me very slow.
