Any good guides to go from vb5 to vb4?

We originally went from vb3 to vb5, but our users are just not happy with vb5. I've heard good things about vb4 so I'd like to go from vb5 to vb4. Are there any good guides to (downgrade?) available?

I could google for guides, but I trust the users on these forums have better links.

The only way to downgrade is to use your vb3 database backup and upgrade that to vB4. The database structure is totally different in vb5 from the previous versions and there is just no way to downgrade.
