User's primary usergroup is also listed as a secondary group

Hello,

Under Users Awaiting Moderation I select Accept All and get the following message: "This user's primary usergroup is also listed as a secondary group for this user. Please change the primary group or remove the secondary group."

What is the easiest way to resolve this? I have 5000 users in that situation.

perhaps add new (date based) promotion?
