  • Config.php Super Administrators Issue

    // ****** SUPER ADMINISTRATORS ******
    // The users specified below will have permission to access the administrator permissions
    // page, which controls the permissions of other administrators
    $config['SpecialUsers']['superadministrators'] = '1,2';
    User ID 1 is able to access Administrator Permissions via AdminCP..
    User ID 2 receives a No Permissions error when attempting to access Administrator Permissions via AdminCP.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi

    User 1 will need to log in and grant full permissions to User 2.

      User ID 2 has every administrator permission set to "Yes" in AdminCP / Administrator Permissions

        Best to submit a support ticket, with the log in credentials for both accounts, so we can take a look.

          Resolved. Thanks to Riasat for the prompt ticket response. I'd be interested in knowing the cause of the issue.
