I've watched the excellent video tutorial in Support, but I can't get my signature files to move. I created the three required folders (and carefully checked the spelling), made sure that their permissions were set at 777, and then went into CP/Avatars. On my server, there is the root directory and the a "forums" directory. All of the forum software is in that folder. Within that folder, I went into the "Core" folder and put the three new sub-folders there.
On the "User Picture Manager" page, they show up pathed as "./customavatars"
I then click "Go" twice and get the following not very helpful error message:
"That action could not be completed. Please try again, and if this occurs again please contact the system administrator and tell them how you got this message."
Does anyone have any suggestions?
