Unable to run maintenance on user titles and ranks

As the title says, when I try and run the tool, I get the below error.

    http://gyazo.com/8a169b65402e51b0e02cc4555537aafe

    Any advice?

I installed this from the latest download today, I tried all the other tools and they worked fine?....

That's great but how do I repair it?

      What does that even mean?

Currently there is no way to repair it.

So there's no way to get my groups to have the correct user-bars? If so that's ridiculous, is there not some sort of manual query I can run?

I'm afraid you would have to wait until that bug is fixed.

Okay well I guess there's a few bugs, but ultimately, all I've got to do before release is configure group icons properly... Me and a lot of other people paid a lot of money for VB5 so can I at least have an ETA, there MUST be a solution for this, it's not like it's some huge operational error that no one can figure out how to fix. I guess that's also a reason for it not being treated as a priroty, and yes I'm aware you're probably thinking "It's just userbars", but it links in to my products, paid subscriptions and delays me building some other pages, it's not just for the site, I'm using this VB5 installation as a contact point for my customers, I have a lot of products and any delay is a bad delay.

So I hope someone can read this and be like yeh, ok let's just release a patch to fix it, at least I'd like someone to say "Yep, okay it will be fixed by xxx date", I know I'm one of many customers, but from a paid piece of software I expect a bit more.

Yeah, me too, but it is looking like there may be some delay. That is the reality.

For yourself, I hope the remedy comes before soon...
