New icon look on Post a topic or Reply

I like this format for the post a topic or when you reply. This forum has icons instead of text like our version. How do I switch to the icon look?

5.0.2 uses a new version of the editor - once released, if you upgrade to 5.0.2 your editor will be upgraded to the same.

Wonderful.. so we are first trying to get users to the new software/functions etc; descriptive tabs like 5.01 and below had were ideal in helping people move around. Now all the colors are gone in the editor and we get meaning less icons that will confuse users.

I would like some colour in the editor too, particularly the icons. As regards the confusion aspect, I understand the icons no problem as they are widespread but I guess a new user may have some minor problem.
