What Human Verification option do you use? Are you using 5.0.1 and have enabled the Spam Settings that were added in this version? Are you moderating new users?

- Admin Settable Paid Subscription Reminder Timeframe (vB6)
- Add Admin ability to auto-subscribe users to specific channel(s) (vB6)

I have all posts by users are rejected and waiting for approval although everything is fine in channel permission for the usergroups.
