i get this error when i try to edit common templates and a few other pages

i get that right above the edit box, on a few pages back in the admin area. do we edit everything on the front end now?

There are known bugs with that error on pages in style manager that are depreciated. Is it actually stopping you from doing anything? (It shouldn't.) If so, what exactly are you trying to do when you get this error?
