Error in 5.0.1 Smileys

After I upgrade to 5.0.1 in Smileys Manager there is an error like this :

If you disable the Products/Hooks system in Admin CP -> Settings -> Options do you still have the same issue?

Which product/hooks should i disable? i only have forum runner and viglink but all of them are disable
