Updating user titles error

Hi

because the title of my members do not change, I'm trying updating user titles and ranks using general update tools, but when i click on UPDATE USER TITLES AND RANKS, i get this message :

Maintenance

Updating user info...

Fatal error: Call to undefined function fetch_infraction_groups() in /home/merengui/public_html/core/admincp/misc.php on line370
