Customizing vBulletin 5 ~ a little color help!!!

We've just upgraded from 4 - 5 and we're in the process of customizing colors. I have installed Firebug and found most of the stylevar items to customize, in fact, very proud I found so many. But there are a few I cannot find. I have added a screenshot with red arrows and a red circle to show the mysterious items I can't find.

The red arrow on the right ~ I am trying to find the hover color on this dropdown menu.

Can anyone help??

Also how can I remove the flag option at the bottom of a topic?

This post brings me to my next question. When I click on my image the right side of my image is cut off. Why is that? How can I display the full image? I noticed this on my forum as well.
