Start a ticket with my attention. I've seen a few customers who've had this, it has so far been caused by customizations. Make sure to include ftp and AdminCP access.

I have found the problem it is a broken link but I do not know where to fix it at http://www.teamsrgaming.com/settings/profile that url will open it up but when as you know I click on the link it only goes to www.teamsrgaming.com/settings and the rest of the url is missing if you can guide me were to edit this it should fix this problemComment

Zachery you were looking in the wrong directory I found what you were looking at .. you needed to be in public_html then find forums then core then includes .. you were are public html and just core.. I deleted it to stop any further confusion. my apologies that must of been frustrating
I have also fixed the hidden file problem so config.php can now be seen with a standard ftp programLast edited by WhiskeyOSS; Mon 8 Apr '13, 10:55pm.

I found the problem.. it Was Dragon Bytes Vbshout I uninstalled it and everything on the site is working normal now.. it was messing with the Settings..Comment
