Problem after installation

this is really weird !
if i turn on the forum (forum active), everything works fine !.
if i turn off the forum, i have this symptom.

I tried that... everything is correct in config.php, everything is correct in Core URL.
.htaccess file was updated with the Rewrite base
The entire VB5 installation has the correct permission on the LAMP64 bit server. www-data is the name Apache runs under, and all the files and folders are owned by www-data

The problem is intermittent, like when a user clicks the "activation" email to activate their account, at that point the css does not display and shows a 500 server error in the console.

The activate bug is a known bug - that will never work in 5.0.0. It will be fixed in an updated version.
