Post Link with preview thumbnail (Error while saving content: Internal Server Error)

When I Post Link function in post , it's shows Error while saving content: Internal Server Error , and can't be post.

If I choose No preview thumbnail , it will be succefully post.

The link thumbnail is save in file or mysql ?
Whhere need to be fix or set ?

my system is php 5.3.17 with GD 2.0.34

What is in your error_logs (if you don't know where they are, ask your host)?

Are you running mod_security or Suhosin on your server?

I have no install mod_security and Suhosin.
