Getting 'Edit Conflict' message

Hello.
I'm trying to save changes to Header template. Once I've managed to make changes and save them. But after that the system doesn't allow to save any changes again.
It returns 'Edit Conflict' message and no changes are saved.

Hi all.

I'm trying to edit the header ads and I'm getting this "Edit Conflict" error over and over again, no matter what I do, preventing me from actually doing anything.
Does anybody know how to fix this?

Getting the same error too when editing widget_register template. This error seems to occur if no record is affected when doing an sql update to save the modified template into the database? I don't know why it wouldn't match any record though.

To add more info into this, I think the issue occurs because for some reason the hash in the edit template page doesn't match with the hash in the database for that particular template. In order to save the template, the hash should match.
