Unable to change topic title?

As of right now, I am unable to change topic titles. Nor do Moderators or members have those permissions. Is it a permission thing? Or simply not possible at this stage of the software?

Edit: Seems I was too fast, managed to fix it already.

I have the same problem. How did you fixed it?
