How to create a new webpage or mudule on the right which only specify group can open it ?

Pages do not have permissions.

Modules have permissions. You can edit the module options, edit the Permissions and check the box for the group that can see it.

Hi， which module should i add on the right of home page? then when customer click that module, it will skip to a new webpage which only one group can access this webpage.
eventually, i want to create a new webpage . people click one module then go to this webpage.
is it possible?

Editing a comment

You would use a Static HTML Module to contain your link.
