Content on mobile expands beyond width

Just noticed on here and my own forum that when viewing on mobile the content expands beyond the width of the page in some areas.
I've found it on post subscription and also the date, time in profile settings.

Had a quick look to see if this was a known issue but can't see anything.

Looks to be a bug....I can replicate this issue.
