    Lack of Support

    I just bought this software and have an issue which seems to be ignored by staff. The message centre does not work: reported on 12th Aug, last reply from staff was 17th Aug. I have responded and added all the information which was requested but no response for 13 days!

    I appreciate you are busy but this is clearly not an adequate level of service, especially for a brand new customer like myself.

      I've had a quick look at the ticket.

      Currently the credentials provided aren't giving us sufficient access.

      - The admin account has no permissions. Please make grant this account all admin permissions.
      - The ftp account is not giving us access to the correct area of the server. We cannot see any files.

      Please correct these and let us know when complete so we can investigate further.
