How can I get an email for a subscribed Post or Forum?

I am trying to figure out if users can get email if someone post a new comment or topic in a forum or under a post. I have already clicked subscribed at the top of the thread. But I dont get email notification, when some post a new comment or topic.

    Please clarify this issue.

    Thanks

    Ali

Do you receive other email messages? Could it be that the email itself is not working or going to spam? Check your email spam. If nothing, try doing an email diagnostic in AdminCP > Maintenance > Diagnostics > Email.

What are your notifications set to in your User Settings. Add /settings/notifications to your base forum url to get there directly or click on your username at the top of the page and select User Settings.
