New Install Opens Save As File Box

In my quest to be able to run vb 5.2.2 i have upgraded my server to PHP 5.6.1 (5.4 minimum)

When enabled (i can switch between 5.3 and 5.6.1) when i try to run the install script a save as file box is opening.

Even if i select to open with, i choose my default browser it just tries to save a file again and again.

    Anyone come across this problem?

This means php is not compiled properly. You'll need to speak to your host.

So, for future reference, i had to enable the fcgid module on the Apache Web server within Plesk.
