There's probably a way to write a PHP replacement string array for non-Latin characters but I've never had any reason to try. There might even be an open source one somewhere.

This problem can be easily fixed, we are just using the wrong forum. Here is the fix: https://www.vbulletin.com/forum/foru...98#post4407698

"Route by node" is just a lousy solution for the problem. I don't like it.

I have a really seemingly dumb question. Do we absolutely have to have a domain registrar such as Namescheap ? I mean I see in the cp where it asks what domain would we like to be named and a place to insert our www.name.

Many of us have not upgraded because of the form of links

I know of a way to fix links,
    a. goto a sub-forum as admin or user with ability to use site builder
    b. In site builder use the option edit page
    c. CHange URL of sub foum to your desired URL
    d. The Thread URL automatically become leaner wihtout any effort. VB handles the 301 redirects.
    e. In admin panel you may have to run some maintainence tasks after you are done changing.

This could break your forum. Just be careful and take backups along the way.
