Friendly URLs shouldn't be a priority, they should be standard. I thought this is there automatically. If I would have known that it is not there, I wouldn't even purchase this forum.Last edited by medved; Sat 15 Aug '15, 11:41am.👍 1Comment

The problem is that when you copy and paste the link it looks like this: http://forum.com/forum/v%C5%A1%C31b%...C31b%C4%9Bn%C3
Got it?

I know of a way to fix links,
a. goto a sub-forum as admin or user with ability to use site builder
b. In site builder use the option edit page
c. CHange URL of sub foum to your desired URL
d. The Thread URL automatically become leaner wihtout any effort. VB handles the 301 redirects.
e. In admin panel you may have to run some maintainence tasks after you are done changing.
This could break your forum. Just be careful and take backups along the way.👍 1Comment
