Who would dare do that, it would break the live site.

I'd like to see what the beta team has done with styling or anyone who has bought it since.

The alpha team done some modifications "I think they are 10 I didn't count them before I've already updated some of my modifications to vB5" However non of us done a new style as there was some comments for the style by the alpha team to be done during the alpha versions.

We attempted to upgrade and it erred out and failed. So we restored from the back up and have just been trying to do a clean install and running into problems.

One way to destroy a community I guess.

I hope it wasn't a very busy forum. Because it won't be any longer.

They need to restore a recent backup and go back to the previous version that they were using.

I cannot believe that at all.

This is why ya should take the advice guys .. Hope you manage to get yourself back up and running quick enough. If you have a backup of your current site database would recommend getting your previous version back up and running.

We had our backup very handy. We attempted to upgrade twice only to error out and not to return. It looks so cool, I just wish it worked.

That explains why the demo site was empty, rather than a converted Vbulletin.com forum.
