As you can see in JIRA, work on the CMS has started. It will most likely be released with vB 5.1.0, but nobody can tell you the exact date of the release, because no one knows. Maybe it is good news for you, that it probably won't take another year from now on.
(Using vB4 track record and vB5 so far).Comment
