    Admin demo?

vBulletin 5 is amazing. Well done!

I would like to see the admin menu, at the right sidebar (on the demo) I see this:
This is a default vB forum. Please click on edit site to get the site admin menu.
But I don´t see any "edit site" button...can you give me a hand with this?

You need the correct permissions to view it. I expect there to be an Admin demo in the near future, but possibly not right yet.

There is not currently an admin demo system setup for vBulletin 5. Sorry.

I do consider the admin control panel as a huge improvement over the previous versions, unfortunately most people are so furious at how poorly designed the main site/forum is now.

As a whole, the power of the site builder, and admincp's facelift are quite nicely done. Further improvements in the future should solidify both of these things and make the product better as a whole.

Think we can get a screen shot Zach?

Ok, now THAT is exciting to look at, but so were the screenshots of vb5. I just hope that in practice it works as good as it looks, as opposed to the vb5 demo.

That is from the test install most of the videos were shot on. I haven't updated it to beta 10 yet due to other things keeping me busy

Thanks Zach. Appreciate it. I got a few screen shots from Qzaki too. I tried to purchase but it declined it based on "incorrect address" but charged my card. I opened a support ticket and am awaiting a response to it.

They'll get to you tomorrow (GMT-8) time. They've all gone home for the day.

I hope so! I tried my other card and it did the same thing and charged it too LOL I guess one will have to be reversed. I put the details in the sensitive data section.

Looks nice. I like the fact you can edit some stuff while on the live board.

vB5 is unequivocally the best forum software, but not yet...

Yeah, the new ACP looks amazing. I dont quite understand why VB wont showcase their new ACP and instead revealed the worst aspect of their new product to customers(slow loading and buggy forum front page). You always try to make a good first impression, thats what business is supposed to be.
