Whilst they seem to be copping a bagging I think the biggest thing lacking is an update thread on the demo.
They should have a thread stickied in this forum that shows what stage the demo board is at and what is coming up in terms of fixes to address the very important issues such as the significant slows the demo site is facing.
I now know there is Jira for bug reports but there should be something stand alone in this forum for the demo site alone to keep us updated on the progress.
In another thread it was mentioned they are going to rebuild the demo site with a full structure and use it to show of the different features but it seems to be taking some time to achieve this.Comment

Thats true, also read that. Fair enough, lets give them a second chance with the the demo.Comment

But I definitely think they need to have a sticky thread with an update of the demo site and the biggest bugs they are addressing.
Looks like the demo site has just changed again not version but has tag cloud now and a bit more structure.Comment

Bugs being addresses can be seen in JIRA. There is a lot of work going on that I can't even keep track of what is being worked on at the moment. Key issues are are performance related.
Once we update the Demo, I'll put a notice here in this category. it hasn't been updated once since we installed it yet though. Only changes so far have been server related.Translations provided by Google.

Will be great to keep us updated when the demo gets updated so we can keep testing.
I was against it at first but it is growing on me and the fact you are putting time into listening to the feedback is a great sign that VB5 is on track.Comment

Updated, yes, and cleaner yes, but perhaps too much of a change. it looks and feels like a simple, dumbed-down version of a forum, and there are really no visible design...-
