    I would like a refund please.

    VB5 is not fit for purpose.

    During the upgrade from VB4 forum permissions were lost and attachments were broken, amongst other things.
    The functionality of VB5 is way below that of VB4 – for example there’s no “unread post” facility and notifications do not work.

    Extremely poor software and what is worse is there’s no downgrade path. We have now moved to IP.Board.

    It's a shame because VB4 served us well.

    You refund request will be handled by our sales staff, it won't be resolved in a thread.

    I see you sent an email, please follow up in the ticket alrady created with your customer number since the email did not come from your customer account, it will save time to have that information.
