Email notifications

I would like the admin accounts to receive email notifications when

• a new topic is created
• a new post is made

Also users should receive notification emails, when they subscribed to a topic.

Nothing of the above does currently work on my forum. Did is misconfigure it or are these features currently broken ?

It is gaining steam to be included at some point.

Of course, since there are no notifications, you wont even know that I posted this.. how ironic.
