    - A mechanism for users to flag objectionable content

    You should appeal. Our app is the same for every user and has been successfully deployed for hundreds of sites.

          vBulletin has mechanisms to do all of those.

          You can censor objectionable content through moderation and the censoring options created by the Administration within the AdminCP.
          Users can report objectionable content by clicking the report icon on individual posts.
          Users can ignore others in the App. By tapping on their Avatar and selecting the "..." menu at the top of the user's profile.
