As Wayne has said, the issue is being looked at but cannot be fixed overnight. I'm sorry that nothing faster can be done.
The support team do not deal with refund requests, you would need to email [email protected] for that, ideally from your licensed email address.

Deleting the database won't solve any problems and will destroy your vBulletin. You can email sales at vBulletin.com but our developers are already working on your issue. It isn't going to be solved over night due to the character set of your site. The Mobile Apps must use UTF-8 (JSON is based on sending UTF-8 strings). What is described in that ticket is not a problem with the API. Our Mobile Apps do not display pages like the Web App does. They make calls to the API and wrap the returned data as we decided to display it. As said above, if you want to customize this then you would have to code your own App and you can configure it to display as you wish. The majority of our customers don't even use the Blog functionality.👍 1Leave a comment:
