The provided Test user credentials are invalid.

    Hi

I'm trying to update my forum's iOS mobile app. I'm running into a problem at the last stage (Review and Publish) of the Create New App process. It's telling me that "The provided Test user credentials are invalid." despite me knowing that they are correct (I have tested them several times).

How can I solve this problem?

Are you using copy and paste to add/check these or typing them out?

The Mobile Apps are tied to the latest versions of vBulletin due to using the same APIs. It is recommend to always upgrade when a new version is released.

I'm having this issue too on the cloud version.
Also can't login to my site/admin anymore. Tried resetting password but won't let me log in with that either. Cant update app and now I'm locked out of my site/forum too lol
