Android App: Push Messages again and again: Doesn't stop

Hi, I'm running the android app for my forum.
Problem: The same Push Messages are coming again and again and again...
Is there a known problem with this?

This is not a known issue. Is it occurring for multiple users? What version of the mobile app are you using? What version of vBulletin are you using?

My app is not public yet, but it is at the moment occurring for my two testusers on different devices. vBulletin is 5.4.0, the app is 1.19.5.

3 other users with different devices - and the same problem.
How can I solve the problem?

This isn't a known issue and you're the first to report it that I am aware of. We would need a copy of your app attached to a bug report so our developers can troubleshoot.

As the App is a compiled program and not something that can be fixed on the fly, it can take a while for an issue like this to get fixed. There are usually 8-12 weeks between releases.

I just thought, you testet it. I wanted to know, wether it could be a mistake of my configuration, if no one else ever had this problem.
It would be very unlucky, if it is a config-problem and could perhaps easily be corrected. Waiting for 8-12 week and than perhaps there is no solution would be not good.
And the compiled file comes from vbulletin - from you! It has its origin on your servers and your code.
                Sorry for my bad english.

I haven't seen the issue report. If there is an update, the developers will comment on it. What is its ID?
