When I try to start the build, the wizard wants me to create the images, but I can only get part way with the uploads, then the buttons disappear to upload the remaining images. I tried all the browser I have installed, chrome, FF, IE and opera, none will allow me to complete the first time build, because the images wont upload. Any advice?

I just updated my apps to the latest versions and images from the forum still do not appear. this was an issue mentioned months ago and is still the case today.
