    What is the point of paying money for bad service? No problem is solved and no technical support ticket is answered
    The application was rejected by Apple several times, because of problems in the application, the last problem that the app does not support the iPad

    The Mobile Apps are compiled code. There is no magic fix for issues. Everything has to go through developers, testing and a new version has to be released to fix any issue in the apps. This is the same for any app. The cost you pay allows this to happen instead of paying tens of thousands of dollars to have your own app created from the ground up.

    According to your screenshots, your ticket is with the Mobile Project Manager. He will answer when he has an answer. However, the process has to be undertaken. This can take days or even weeks depending on the severity of the issue. Developers and managers do not work weekends either.
