    vBulletin Mobile Suite 1.10 ?

So i'm really disappointed seriously. So long it too for this update to come out and only 3 bugs were fixed are you guys serious?

Release Notes - vBulletin Mobile - Android App - Version 1.10
[VBA-601] - Black screen while trying to exit Android app
[VBA-618] - Pop up for customers/users to review our app.
[VBA-608] - Change the top header label into a Menu button similar to the IOS app

So just fixing the spelling error "sing" instead of sign in was a big issue Geezs.

I don't believe this, You all need to do better than this man wtf.

Mobile development resources are very limited, those issues were what were deemed the most critical at the time. There will be further releases.

Can you expand on that ? Are we talking about 1 developer working for 2 hours a day once a month or what ? To have such a long delay between releases is really beyond a joke for those of us (myself included) that paid good money for this software.

I don't know precise developer hours and even if I did, I wouldn't be detailing them on the forum. I'm pretty sure it's rather more than you describe though.

Suffice to say there is development, but as with all things resources are limited.

Mark what do you think about the latest update? do you think it adequate for the length of time for this update? just 3 fixes along which could have been done i less than one day?

Unfortunately, the people that visit the forums cannot change the speed of development. If you're unhappy with the progress you would need to open a ticket so it can be forwarded to the appropriate people.

If you want to speak to the people who can change the speed of development, you need to open a ticket. I am sorry. I've been pushing for better development on the mobile app for a long time. I am just one voice in the meetings. The more people who complain through the sales system, the more visible the complaints will be.

Same this i was thinking! I know opening a ticket was the biggest waste of my time. I opened a ticket already as of last week and till now no reply. You all are so unprofessional.

Ticket replies are not instant, particularly not when escalated to management. Management do not routinely work on the ticket system and have many duties, not all of which even involve being in the office.

Someone will be in touch as soon as they can.

We're very profession. However this isn't something that Support can resolve or change. You're ticket has been assigned to the appropriate person and I've notified the Mobile Project Lead of this thread.

ok well I will change my perception of this according to the reply I get. But still vbulletin needs to revert how they were a few years ago, listen to the customer needs and wants and not give us useless updates.

Not sure what you're looking for. 1.10 is done and released. The management has heard the disappointment. I personally delivered it as few weeks ago. he team is working on 1.11 now. It is supposed to have more customer oriented fixes and the process is early yet. When there is more information on 1.11 that we're allowed to give, we'll give it.
