Ya support ticket keep getting closed with no reply guessing "Auto-Closed" that I have to go re-open it this is sad... Been long time supporter of vbulletin but since seems they have totally abandoned their product/customers it's time for me to abandon them for a working product.------------------------------------------

just opened a new ticket and finally got a response a BS response
Hello,
As stated in your previous ticket, we cannot reassign the code you used previously. We can only clear the current configuration and a new code will be created when the app is generated. I have no workaround for this.

and then my response
1) was never stated in previous ticket.
2) so you change it without my approval thereby totally messing up my existing app in the app store. I cannot now update my app at all ever again is what your telling me...
3) Better find a workaround for this.. This is unacceptable.

Why was my iOS App for my ford spirit website (License ID) changed from com.internetbrands.071afa922473 too com.internetbrands.42d802ba3153 now unable to update my app in the app store cause when I try to sign the app I get "Product Identifiers do not match"
This needs to be fixed immediately.

So great they totally messed up my app and can never ever ever use again cause they are unable to fix their own mistake... hmmm sounds like a Lawsuit coming your way from me.
