1.9 issues

So far on 1.9 IOS I have found that the avatars don't work nor does the quote function. When you are in a post and you hit quote it takes you to the posting screen and the quoted text does not show up. It just says add content. When you to add content and post it no quote shows up at all.

Avatars just are a generic one. Or it has an image that says vBulletin.

The comments in articles (CMS) do not work either. I can type something in the space but when I hit the post button nothing happens.

Does anyone else have these issues?
