The app will automatically adapt to the language set by the device as long as it is available. You cannot change it though.

If not, do you think the tech team can help do that?

Does the mobile suite has files i need to upload to my server or just files to upload to the app store and google play?

Hebrew should be available as far as I am aware.

You do not need to upload anything to your server to use the Mobile Apps unless you're using vBulletin 3.8.X.

Yes i see there is not updated version- but i can fix that

I wonder: i use vBulletin application, it display in Hebrew but the direction is still LTR and not RTL.
Is that because of vBulletin boards are from LTR?

Most likely. You can choose the language "Right to Left Test" on this site and see how it affects the app. I haven't actually tried that.

Cause most of the functions doesnt realy work.
If i subscribe i do not get notifications.
