Rebuild the apps with the new domain and re-submit as an update.

I did that and Android was easy to replace. How do I replace my iPhone app?
      Thanks

Submit to Apple as a update just existing app in app store will not work until new one is approved

itunesconnect.apple.com > Manage Your Applications > select your app > Add Version > enter info it asks for > then "Ready Upload" then need to open the "Application Loader" app to actually upload the app to apple.
