To keep this issue clear and simple...
When updating your iOS app to version 1.7 ..... currently when you build it in the members area then download the zip file in order to submit it to iTunes Connect the app file is not created ... you don't have anything to submit.
vBulletin are aware of this an we are all waiting on a solution, hopefully when they get one they can post it here and let us know it is back working...
