Mobile Template Layout Fix?

As of since last year a ticket was submitted for the template issue, i would like to know as a paying customer when are we expected to get a fixed version of the template.

So all the mods just chose to ignore my post, this is the worst support ever. Paid so much for this crap and cant even get a good working app or any response.

You haven't given us enough information...what is the issue you are experiencing?

Are you guys serious, any how this is the bug which was reported since last year http://tracker.vbulletin.com/browse/VBA-535 .
V bulletin knew of this bug and continue to sell the app by falsely adverting it with a video and image that looks nothing like the current app being sold and to make matters worst you all are not fixing it.
This is illegal selling products like this, Putting up videos and pics and the products look nothing like what was advertised.
Btw i'm waiting for you response and this will determine if i'm taking legal action.

Support is not about fixing bugs. The support team are not coders, and cannot fix bugs in the software.

Your best bet is to comment in the tracker entry.

There is no time frame. In the grand scheme of of things it's a minor issue and to be honest there are bigger priorities right now.

Well Stop charging people 199Us for a app that is not as advertised, That is a marketing gimmick. You all are fully aware of the fact that the app has lay out issues but you still sell it as a perfect look app. Adverting under false pretenses Elements.
