Quick reply not working on iPhone?

Has anyone had the problem of the quick reply not working on iPhone? I've had two members report this problem with the mobile suite (1.3), to two different mobile suite apps. They have to use the + button instead. Quick reply seems to work from my iPad though. Should I put in a bug report? Or is this a known issue?

It works about every third time. The other times, the message just disappears and you're left with the white input field (and a lost message).

Maybe the tiny green circle is too small to be touch-sensitive or something? That doesn't explain though why the message disappears.

The send message button be a lot bigger though for iPhone. It's way too small at the moment.
